This manual documents our developed procedures to list a site in the Nelson Island Consortium Brownfield Inventory. Community members may also access this manual on the designated Brownfield Program Computer in your Tribe’s Environmental Office. Additionally, you may borrow a printed copy to explain the Program to an Elder.
